WE NEED YOU! We are only 90 tags away from the 300 applications needed for the State Tax Assessor to move our MDHA Car Tag to the design stage. As you know, this is our opportunity to support charities in Mississippi and give back to our communities.

Delia Harwell, 2008-2010 President MDHASpeakers for our 82nd annual session  were:  Lynn Ramer, the president of the American Dental Hygiene Association, representatives from two dental companies - Annette Wolfe, Colgate; Shirley Branam, Dentsply, and Dr. George Taybos, Diplomat of the American Board of Oral Medicine with the University of MS Medical Center. The dental hygiene programs in attendance were: Pearl River Community College , Delta Community College, the UMC Dental Hygiene Program and Meridian Community College. Practicing hygienists attended from throughout the state.

There were 14 exhibitors from various dental companies for those in attendance to shop with as well as door prizes to be won. Thank you to those of you who joined ADHA and who purchased the MDHA car tags.

The session had the highest attendance, 180, in MDHA history and was enjoyed by those attending.

I have enjoyed serving as your president for 2009-2010 and know there are more good things for our association to accomplish. Please join us. Visit this website often and we will keep you informed.

We hope to see you next spring in Oxford, MS!!
